Bobcat Networking Night: Connect with your fellow Bobcats by Alyse K

Are you searching for a job or internship? The Ohio University Alumni Association’s Bobcat Networking Night on March 19 is a great opportunity for OU alumni and students to talk about careers and the current job market.
This event is intended to provide students and recent alumni with important information about how to get a job in your hometown after graduation and how to make contacts with local alumni.

Food and drinks will be provided.

Interested participants must register by March 12. To see the list of scheduled speakers and to register, visit OUAA’s Events page or check the Facebook event.
Each guest will receive a Welcome Kit containing: name tag, pen, attendee list, OHIO business card holder and networking tips. Each guest will also have an opportunity to win professional business cards.

To register, complete the online form – REQUIRED by March 12. You will be e-mailed a confirmation the week of the event with location and details about breakout sessions based on input below. Professional dress requested.

11th Annual Cleveland Cavaliers Career Fair

1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

On Tuesday, February 23 from 1 to 4 pm, the Quicken Loans Arena concourse will become a pathway to opportunity when the Cleveland Cavaliers host its 11th Annual Career Fair, presented by Dale Carnegie Training, prior to the Cavaliers vs. Hornets game at 7 pm.
Career Fair attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives in the fields of public relations, sales and business development, marketing, broadcasting, finance, journalism, advertising, sports medicine and more. Information will be given regarding full, part-time, seasonal positions, internships and volunteer opportunities.
Admission to the Career Fair is $27 and includes a Loudville (upper-level) game ticket to the Cavs game that evening.
